Digital X-Rays

Digital x-rays offer many advantages over conventional x-rays. First, your exposure to radiation is cut by as much as 90 percent. In addition, digital x-rays are ready immediately—you won’t have to spend extra time in the chair waiting for them to be developed. Plus the sharp, clear images taken by digital x-ray equipment make it easy to spot problems in your teeth helping us to treat small areas of decay before they become too large.

 Digital x-rays are easier on the environment, too, because they don’t require all the harsh developing chemicals needed for conventional x-rays.
